Turn the Negative into Positive

Everyone is stressed, at least some time or another. To be busy and stressed has also become a sort of status. You´re not important or have a worthy job if you don´t have 200 unread e-mails and give the impression to colleagues, friends, clients, and competitors that you are super stressed and busy. 


Some of it´s real and some of it´s not. The real stress affects us negatively,  the other is just an image we want to convey. Most people have both going on. Here´s an article to deal with the real stress that burns us out, drains our energy and can unfortunately make us sick.
